ยาคุตสค์ ( Якутск, [jɪˈkutsk]; ซาฮา: Дьокуускай, jokuuskay) เป็นเมืองหลวงของสาธารณรัฐซาฮา ประเทศรัสเซีย อยู่ทางตอนใต้ของเส้นอาร์กติกเซอร์เคิลราว 450 กม. เมืองมีประชากร 269,486 คน (ค.ศ. 2010) เป็นเมืองท่าบนฝั่งแม่น้ำลีนา เมืองมีอุตสาหกรรมผลิตเพชร
